I board dogs daily - for the day, overnight, for a few days, or a week or two.

Your pet will sleep in the house and have access to the garden, which is a decent size (see photos on 'Home' page) - so fine for burning off some energy or chilling out! The garden is totally secure although your dog may encounter the odd squirrel, fox or neighbours' cats.

I do not own any pets myself and I will only board one dog at a time - unless the dogs already live together. There are no young children in the house.

If your dog is under one year of age then please call to discuss.

Please bring your dog's bed, blankets, toys - whatever makes him/her feel at home.

You should also provide food for the dog's stay, plus treats and any medication which your dog requires. I am happy to provide insulin injections, for example. 

I will keep to your pet's routine as much as possible - for example, number of walks and length of each walk per day. Please advise if there are any training routines, games, which you like to practise at home and also if you like your dog socialising with other dogs.

Let me know if you're happy for your dog to travel in the car.

I have my own id tags, with my name and telephone number, which I will attach to your dog's collar for the length of their stay. 

I am flexible in relation to dropping off and collecting times, so please advise if you need to come extra early or late.

Once the booking has been made we can arrange an appropriate time for you to visit the house with your dog, so that he/she can get to know me, and vice versa. I will also provide a booking form - requesting details about your dog - which can be brought when he/she comes to stay.

No deposit is required for your dog's stay, and I'm happy to accept payment after the boarding period. However, If you need to cancel or amend your booking then I would appreciate if you could let me know as soon as possible.
